    The parcel was noted Signature required means it is important and not authorised to leave. First attempt I wasn’t at home, left the note to come back next day but he didn’t show up, the following day delivered man just left parcel in my front door, luckily I can see through security camera and kept checking camera until I got home.

    Worst shipping company ever! My package was marked 'delivered' and left at front door according to the tracking information but it was NEVER delivered! My husband, daughter and I were both home during the supposed time of delivery and I have a motion sensor, as well as a front door camera. There was NO delivery during that time and the motion sensor and camera DID NOT pick up any movement or person delivering a package during that time. I contacted the online company who had shipped the package and on their end, UPS had told them that the package was 'LOST'. If the package was lost, why did they mark it as delivered at my end? DO NOT TRUST this shipping company!

    I gave them 2 starts only because they spam me with email communication on delivery progress. However they failed to deliver my parcel.

    I was at home, a friend was home and we have a dog who would bark if someone knocked (its a small house) also I had the front door open for good measure and the driver said I was unavailable to sign for the package when the attempt was made. I was then sent an email to say delivery was a failed attempt so UPS would try and deliver again tomorrow. There is absolutely no way the driver made an attempt to deliver this package and subsequently wasted my time with no consequence.

    When I called ups they said you have to send an email to get them to leave the parcel without a signature. However within all the email updates they sent me, this was never an option nor do they give instructions or the email to choose this option. You have to call then get redirected to send another email.

    I asked for clarification with the driver to determine how he approached our house and ups hotline says they have no contact with the driver.

    Worse delivery service around.

    I am extremely disappointed. I ordered a limited edition item in December that there were only 500 made as a Christmas present. And I never even got my delivery before they found it damaged by their own service in February. They then sent it back to the supplier without telling me anything. And now I am unable to get a replacement for my item because all 500 have been sold. wasted my time and money.

    I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by UPS. My package was marked as “delivery attempted” when I was literally sitting on the front patio at the time that the reported attempt was made. A truck didn’t even drive by, let alone attempt delivery. No postage slip was left. No details of re-delivery, no ability to arrange for pickup at a depot. The website doesn’t allow me to make an account. I paid for express delivery and it’s now been over three weeks. That’s not express! No customer service available. This was an extremely important delivery. I’m livid.

    Extremely unimpressed! My package was addressed to a PO Box and when i called to have it changed, i was advised i had to wait for an attempted delivery that day before i could change the address. I kept checking the online tracking and even though it was scheduled for delivery the other day, i hadn't heard anything. So I called again and was advised that someone from the Brisbane office would contact me. Eventually they did and told me, that I could've changed the address when i spoke to the person the other day and because i didn't delivery would be delayed another day and would be delivered in the morning. Well I am still waiting for my packages and another phone call later apparently my packages are arriving sometime this afternoon. I am not pleased with this service and will be using DHL next time.
