  We had a great experience today when our washing machine WD14024D6 was fixed on site. LG went out of their way and honored our warrantee even being over 6 months expired. It was just a simple fix, which otherwise would have meant us buying another washing machine. Thanks you again LG Australia.

  The people may be nice but don't them fool you. Its really simple. Stay away from this company if you can. They have absolutely no idea how to support and fix their products. Even when you want to pay!!! I've been without air conditioning in my business for 2 weeks because they can't diagnose it. Even with a fault code. And now they've shipped the wrong part and I have to cook my customers for another weekend. Maybe they should answer my customer's complaints...........

  I have been waiting a month for my fridge to be repaired and have not been able to speak to anyone onshore, despite continual requests to be transferred to management. This has been a very disappointing and frustrating process.
  LG is fine as long as your appliance works.

  LG you seriously need to do something about your poor customer service. We have been trying to get resolution on our 2 year old fridge that recently packed up, gas leak. Not only did the fridge pack up but we were away at the time so lost several hundred dollars worth of food as well. The technician reported gas leak not worth repairing and we have provided you his report but still nothing. When we call we get passed from pillar to post and told we need to speak to the manager but the manager is never available and he never calls back. This is ridiculous, a $2,800 fridge should last longer than 2 years. It's nearly Christmas and we need this resolved yesterday. Please stop messing us around and do something about replacing our fridge.
